All trips operated by Ladhaya Safaris include a detailed itinerary describing the destinations and experiences clients will encounter. While we strive to deliver all agreed services, changes may be necessary due to unforeseen circumstances such as road closures, weather conditions, safety concerns, or other disruptions. In such events, Ladhaya Safaris will make every effort to offer alternative arrangements of comparable quality and character.
Clients must understand that conditions in Tanzania and greater Africa differ significantly from those in developed countries. Sudden and unannounced changes to government-regulated fees, such as park fees and taxes, may occur. Ladhaya Safaris reserves the right to pass on these additional charges to the client.
Upon confirmation of your booking, a 45% deposit is required for the itinerary cost and 100% upfront for any airline tickets.
The remaining balance is due 65 days before your trip begins.
For bookings made within 65 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of confirmation.
